MillPets ships all orders through USPS to anywhere in the United States and APO/FPO addresses.

We ship all orders same-day if they are placed before 11 AM Central Time (Noon EST) Monday-Friday. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays.

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You may also check your order status through our website if you have created a customer account.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact customer service at to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If it has already shipped, we will be unable to redirect the order.


MillPets offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our product, reach out to our customer service, and we’ll make it right-simple as that. If your product needs to be returned, we’ll send you a return label. All refunds/exchanges are subject to review provided at the discretion of MillPets.
